About me

I have a PhD in the field of social sciences, in the specialization: information management environment.

Moreover, I graduated:

✓ Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw,
✓ Post-graduate studies at the Poznań University of Economics,
✓ Study of Foreign Policy at the Polish Institute of International Affairs in Warsaw,
✓ International Doctoral College in Warsaw.


Additionally, I have completed a number of certified trainings and courses in the field of:
✓ negotiations in the international environment;
✓ intercultural communication;
✓ international cooperation;
✓ diplomatic protocol;
✓ human rights, equality policy, anti-discrimination measures;
✓ preparing and conducting public speeches, official ceremonies, conferences.

I have over 22 years of experience in the field of:
✓ social and internal communication, 
✓ creating a positive image, 
✓ shaping the organizational culture, 
✓ actions to eliminate inequalities in public administration.

In my career, I held a number of managerial and responsible positions, including:
✓ the Head of the Polish SIRENE Bureau,
✓ an expert on international UN and EU peace missions in the former Yugoslavia,
✓ the Head of the Cabinet of the Police Commander-in-Chief,
✓ the Chairperson of the equal opportunities strategy team, 
✓ the Chairwoman of the Polish delegation in the European Network of Policewomen,
✓ Vice-chairwoman of the Female Uniform Services Team at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Warsaw,
✓ SDirect24 expert,
✓Organizer and moderator of official bilateral meetings and multilateral, training, conferences and seminars.  

I have coordinated many successful projects in the field of internal and social communication, organizational culture, creating a positive image and international cooperation, both on my initiative and requests of others.
I am the author of several dozen publications in this area.

As part of EGIDA, I cooperate with women who have comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in the areas of their specializations gained during their professional careers.

During the training, you will learn the principles of effective communication and rules how to build long – term relations in both business and private environment. After the training you will easily difficult negotiations, react properly in a crisis situation and recognize also non-verbal signals of the interlocutor. We will help you to communicate more effectively, be strengthening your competences in sending clear messages adequate to audience, being better understood and building image of a trustful person.

Creating a positive image

Public appearances can cause tremendous stress and even panic attacks. During the training you will learn the most important rules of public speech and you will check them in practice. The workshop part will focus on the practical aspects how you can do your presentation better.

Cooperation with the media

✔ How to create and take care of a positive image in the media?
✔ How to communicate effectively with the media?
✔ How to choose the best way of communication: radio? TV? Press?k
✔ How to prepare yourself to meet the press?
✔ How to avoid traps in contacts with media?
During the training you will learn the rules of cooperation with the media and what is the role of effective non–verbal communication. You will also have a chance to practice how to work with camera and microphone in order to eliminate errors and improve your image. After the training you will be able to answer also difficult questions in front of camera, and you will build yourself- confidence.

During the training, you will learn the principles of effective communication and rules how to build long – term relations in both business and private environment.
